Todays old school mechanical robot reminds me of old books I used to read, produced in the 1970’s about ‘the future’ – usually referring to the year 2000. Fascinating books, not entirely incorrect in some areas, and very very wrong in others regarding their predictions of the future. Robots have featured in books and film…

Continuing on from yesterdays image, our new home. Between unpacking boxes, trying to sort internet, tv, and finding things, also comes the ideas of what one can do in ones new home. The weather has just started to pack in a little as Winter slowly approaches, so garden work might be on the back burner…

The last week has been flat out for us, moving out of the old flat and moving into our new house. As was the issue a month or so ago, coming to the new home we are stuck without internet again…but now worries (for now) thanks to mobile technology! Moving out of the old place…

Quick Saturday Post. Devonport School Fair on the Hill 2013. As with many school fairs, lots of entertainment, sales of second hand goods, games, competitions and sugar for the kids. Shot on the Samsung Galaxy with Vignette and finished in CS5 Photoshop.
