The Fog

The FogNeither the 1980 or its 2005 cinema remake, ‘The Fog’ was simply my journey to work this morning. Not quite as thick as it has been some previous days, it was still thick enough at this high point of the journey to envelop the background in its cold wet hold.

Shot on the Ricoh GRD IV, converted and cropped in Gimp.

Clouds in the Sky

Off out for dinner tonight, so slotting a quick post in. Although perhaps not for all, but a refreshing view from my work window today – clouds! – ones that suggest the possibility of rain!

As I have mentioned prior, a lot of New Zealand is in a drought. Great for the wine makers and beach goers, bad for the farmers and tank water homes. Sunday is forecast for rain, so we will see how it goes.

Image wise, shot on the Galaxy S2 and edited in Afterfocus.

The Quiet Lunchroom

A quick mobile post from work for today as I’m off out later on.

Shot whilst playing around with Papercam on Android, I caught the shadow of a figure in the background, which tied in well with the magazine I was flicking through.

Friday afternoons are often filled with staff meetings, which is either a blessing or curse to end the work week, depending on the individual. Based on todays image it looks to be a short meeting!
