A recent walk down to Lake Pupuke on Auckland’s North Shore welcomed me with cool still waters. After shooting for a little while the morning began to warm and the water lost its mirror, but it was beautiful while it lasted!
Cheeky Otters
Otters look like they have so much fun running around, in and out of water. Im told they have pretty sharp teeth and claws, but they still ‘look’ patable!

Awesome but dangerous animals if your on their wrong side!
Springbok’s
Companions for the Rhino’s, Auckland Zoo has a small group of Springbok’s. One poor ‘Bok’ looks like it lost a horn at some stage.

Walking the Cheetah’s
Auckland Zoo put on some pretty awesome tours. One such is the Cheetah walk. I wasn’t on the walk myself, but with a long lens on the camera I managed to capture some images of these cool cats. I’ll spit up the images between today and tomorrow…for no reason but Im away from the computer at the moment, so have scheduled for a few days.
